In this introductory wheel class, you will learn and play with clay, and be introduced to the art of wheel throwing. We won’t take ourselves too seriously in this class, it isn’t about perfection, it is about the process. Challenge yourself to let go of your expectations.
We will cover clay basics and throwing skills and explore the process of making simple vessels.
If you have already completed an introductory class, I can tailor the class to meet your needs so we can extend your skill.
I will glaze 2 of your vessels in white gloss glaze for you to pick up or have shipping arranged once firing has taken place (approximately 4 weeks).
Bring a friend, or have private tuition; a maximum of 2 people.

Pottery classes are conducted at my home studio in Wandiligong, Victoria. I will send you address and class details once you have reached out via email to arrange a date and time for the class.
All clay and equipment supplied. Best to wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Bring an old towel.
